So I lost 70lb last year, but have put 18 on this year!! Too many holidays, too much drink and I fractured my wrist so not a lot of exercise! I turn 30 on 18/02/2012 and I want to try and get 30lb off for then!! That's 16 weeks, so I need to loose 2lb a week, which is easy to do if I stick to my diet and get back to my exercising! I don't really like swimming in winter, so I think I'll rely on boxercise class and Zumba on kinect!!! My weigh day is Tuesday! Wish me luck!!!
